i would guess that my problem is that you take an awful lot of attention compared to most pepople. its like you need e-ttention to produce oxygen, some kind of internet photosynthesis. yes you can use that as your next album title

Would you consider Suffo's slow chuggy stuff breakdown's? My band does that on a few songs and we get shit for it...not that I care....but it just always seems to be cool to bash bands for having breakdown's.....unless the band in question is Suffocation or Pantera....

Nothing wrong with a breakdown once in a while... it becomes a problem when you start throwing them into every song just for the sake of having them there, and it becomes formulaic. That's what deathcore bands do, and it's terrible.
