cab question

i got a new vader cab and it has two parallel inputs what exactly is this for? so you could hook up two heads to one cab? also my head has two (well three) but two parallel outputs so if i put both outputs in the two inputs would it be louder?

1. 2 heads into 1 cab. yes.

2. no. it will be the same.
