if i could see any live band it would be metallica or pantera because ur pretty much guaranteed a sell out which provides kick ass atmosphere, but i wouldnt mind seeing tool as well

I went to watch Satyricon last week,they kicked ass!!It was a nice intimate sized venue,their new stuff from the Volcano album is pretty amazing.

SLAYER!!!!! no question....their Live sound is fucking perfect....and whats better then seeing kerry and jeff pounding their fucking bodys too shit and still pulling off the solos perfect.... i saw Slayer with Morbid angel opening... Morbid was good... the drummer fuckin kicked ass... but when soon as slayer got up and started playing south of heaven...it was ON....

yeah, you probably saw them at Ozzfest last year, they really suck ass. they're just as gay as slipknot.
As for best live bands, I wonder about Nile, I heard they're pretty good, also can't forget about Anthrax and Metallica (damn that rock am ring show was promising for next sunday!) |

Nile isn´t that special live... The sound was awfull in the 013 where I saw them once... one big blur...

ive seen live morbid angel videos (immortal rites, world of sshit) and they look badass. ive also got the live slipknot dvd (disasterpieces) and that is bloody wkd- they know how to put on a show... 
manson concerts must be pretty cool too- lots of mutilation
