Sometimes, when I've been playing a lot of exercises on guitar for a while, I get a strange tingle in my left arm. it's not painful or anything, it's just weird feeling whenever I move my arm..kinda like a little shock goes down my forearm...which would lead me to believe it's something with my nerves (I guess)


Is this normal? I'd really like to practice for a longer time (because my chops have died out recently), but I'm afraid to keep going once my arm gets like that. Is that my bodies way of telling me to take a break? or am I doing something wrong?

I get this thing with my left arm also when i stretch my fingers out far and bending my wrist inward (opposite of hyperextending i guess) i get a little jolt type feeling.
