Hello? I want advice on how to use my whammy like slayer do. iM GUNNA NEED A NEW ONE SO IT DOESNT SMACK MY GUITAR OUT OF TUNE, ALSO i DONT KNOW HOW TO DO IT!!!

I think if you're going to insult someone's intelligence, you should do it with a word you know how to spell. Imbecile.

Why don't you just look at Slayer tabs and listen to the song, and just keep trying it over and over again until you get it? It's pretty easy to tell whether they're raising or lowering the pitch, and with practice, you can come up with how far to move it...

i know how to do it u faggit. first guitar a guitar with a floyd rose or anything like it.....then place your whammy bar in the hole and do a harmonic like this

thats if u know how to do a harmonic then let it sound and bend it forward dont sound as good backwards u can do this on quite a few strings. if u listen to south of heaven there are a few bits in the background at the start................hope it helps

wow! wammy bars are pretty straight foreward. if you don't know how to use one, you're fucking stupid!

It depends on what kind of whammy you´ve got. There are whammy´s that you can´t raise the pitch with, like Slayer do, but I´ve heard you can modify that somehow. I don´t know how though.

Ya, you have to take out the old bridge and cut a hole big enough for the new ones which are huge. I went to a shop and they just told me to get a new guitar.
So I tried a jackson. i instantly fell in love. The only problem is my dad wont let me buy it because its 700 bucks.

what hes saying is hold down the bar...while being held down tune the guitar to however you want it. once your finnished the tension made by the strings well hold it in place and will allow you to either pull up or push down.

slayer style is mainly a case of crazy vibrato with it, focus on bendin the pitch upwards
