Today i was with my three days grace loving cousin and went to hot topic with him.What i saw disgusted me: A Death shirt below a opeth shirt above an immortal shirt.Why do these good bands allow there shit to be sold there?

Oh shut up. Its hilarious how you'll make fun of the music people listen to yet as soon as they have a chance to be exposed to better more "acceptable" music you get your cunt in a knot. You should be happy bands you like are having the opportunity to sell merch to a wider audience so they can keep getting money to make more albums for you.
I'm surprised to see a Death shirt though - I didn't think they made them anymore. When I got mine I had to order it from his mother.

I only buy shirts directly from the bands anymore. I like knowing that ALL the money is going to the band and not some other corporate whore.

No! About 4-5 years ago when I went looking for one I could NOT find a legit shirt. I eventually came across something about his Mom selling remaining old tour shirts and got an awesome shirt from the Symbolic tour shirt. I've never really looked around for one since then but I've still never seen one in a store, magazine, etc.

I think you're all wrong and the OP is right. The shirts of bands I like should only be sold at the smallest outlets possible, accessible only to the most elite of the elite, those who have undergone the trial by fire and water and the days failing to stand on tip-toe when hanging from handcuffs slung over a rafter and the agony of being strapped to a chair and having one's private parts prodded with a live wire and who therefore have earned the right to purchase clothing.
