It's a sentence. 
On holiday in the Netherlands i drank a lot of "White Russian". And i said all the time:"Ich hol' mir noch 'nen White Russian" = "I'll get me again a White Russian."
But more alcohol = worse language. And so i forgot to say some letters and some pauses between the words. This happened every evening quite often. And between the White Russians you've heard a lot of sounds from opening the cans.
And the other day a friend said everytime he heard just this sentence/ word and the sound of opening cans and laughed like hell because of this.

Ha Ha. In fact i meant this "a la". There have to be this "letter-attachment" (  ), but i don't know where. I never had French.

In fact Greman beer is better anyway. Don't listen to these potheads from the netherlands.  But Grolsch is a good beer. Heineken and Amstel are like yellow water. You don't feel the alcohol, but you've got to piss all the time.

Yeah, I've actually been to Holland before. But I'll agree, in general I like German beer better than Dutch. But not German weed.
