Any thoughts on the Yamaha AES520 b-tuned guitar?

It's a baritone guitar tuned stock to B. Any thoughts on this model? I'm shopping around for a new 6-string and I normally play tuned to Bb anyway. Figure this might be worth a look.

Do you usually play baritone guitars? If not, a 26.25" neck will be pretty uncomfortable to play on, and since it's so long you won't be able to change notes as fast.

i have no problem playing on baritones and i have small hands... infact i find its really nice and comfy for me. There are 2 things you MUST be ready for. Larger scale (frets a bit further apart) and a GIANT string gauge change. but other than that, they resonate very well from the extra string mass and feel great to play. I wouldnt try playing anything like necrophagist on it though

go out and try a baritone, thats the only way you will ever know.

Oh I didn't realize the scale was different. I figured it was more of a sales gimmick. I'll definately try before I buy.
