all the good ones are taken.......
it is so hard to think of a band name. ive had a few cool ideas, but nothing that was truly spectacular. this is really important for my band.... than i saw the soilwork album "the chainheart machine". damn, that would be a cool band name (the chainheart machine), but i cant use it cuz it is their album and using it would be lame. however, it is such a cool name, it made my band name ideas sound shitty, so i figure everyone here can help. if anyone has any cool words that they can think of, please say so. i need ideas, and anyone else that needs help can benefit from this too. i figure, i can try to piece together a few words given here into a cool name.

if you really can't, name yourself after a song, prefrabaly your favorite song. Or another way that alot of black metal bands do is they look at the lord of the rings dictionary or something like that and they have some errie sounding names.

Don't bother making threads like this here....all you'll get is about 10 pages of "monkey nuts with butter cream" or "my dick smells funny".
People won't give you serious answers. Neither will i, my reason? Whatever cool name i can come up with, i want to keep. I'm not giving it up.
But if you really want me to try, here it is:
Calamity Ensues
I think the sound of those 2 words together is brilliant. A lot of people don't even know what the hell they mean, so automatically it's cool because it's the "unknown". Once they figure out it's meaning.....it remains cool. It's a win/win situation.
(this would be best for a Death Metal band....don't waste it on some garbage black metal shit.)

look into greek methology words. Opeth, meaning the city on the moon. but the best BAND NAME every is Vader. That just sounds so fucking brutal. Yet i have never heard there music.
