A bass that doesnt buzz.. Is suitable for all tunings and doesnt needed to be adjusted every week.. And has a fat tone, yet not too muddy.. A thumb rest that runs from the neck to the very bottom of the strings.. Lots of space between the strings to make it easier to play with three fingers and to slap.. Has access to all the higher frets, 26 frets but that isnt really necessary.. A really thin neck that is very fast&easy for my small fingers to play with.. One that is comfortable to play whilst standing and sitting, means no neck diving nor anything else.. Four or Five strings (as there's no way I'll play a six with these stubs)..

I've owned four basses and own one currently, I've hated and hate them all.
I'm still looking for the perfect match..

ever looked at rickenbacker??? 4003 or something People see them as the ugly ones but hey good words fly about their thin neck and nice tones.

Oh trust me, im a tone freak and for me, this is THE bass. It actually kinda sucks because there is no more search for the perfect gear, I actually found it all. So now its on to guitar.

...I hate rickenbakkers...
I really dont care for anything shy of 24 frets in the first place, and then the body looks like a random splooge.
