Why are so many nu-metal bassists mentioned (and honoured here, IE at the beginning of this thread at least)

Haha, i didnt name any nu-metal bassists, maybe Ryknow (Ryan martinie) is classed as one, for being in Mudvayne, but hes actually a really good bassist.

But Some guy mentioned Sam rivers-> Limp BIZKIT
Another one named Ryan-> Coal Chamber
As their favourite bassists and it really bothers me (when nu-metal is given any credit on metaltabs) 
Also someone likes the bassist from nirvana. 
(and all this from the first page only.....LOL)
