Falkenbach is one of my favorites
Finntroll also, their first album is amazing.
Mithotyn and Moonsorrow rule. Sorry for mentioning bands already said..
I like to go to metal-archives.com and just look through all the Folk and Viking Metal bands. You'll find a bunch of good ones.

Empyrium, their earlier stuff is fantastic.
Uaral are fucking good, only one album as far as i know but its amazing.
Månegarm are awesome quite surprised no ones mentioned (sorry if someone has  )
Magog (Britsh one, now changed their name, Sqol knows what too) are cool
timedragons list is a pretty damn good one
