I'm just lookin to hear some new shit, and I wanted to round up all the bandmembers in the forums. Besides, its a relief from the overload of stupid fucking threads in here.

yeah I'm in a metalcore band from holland, I play bass... our site is well fucked up so I'll post it when it's updated.. we are getting a fair amounts of gig offers here, which is good... gonna record a demo-cd thingy soon so maybe I'll have sound files up next month.

I have a black metal band here in Calgary, under the name Sufferance. No website yet, seeing as we just formed two months ago. However, we will be recording a three song demo on CD-R and good ol' cassete very soon here. BTW, would any body be interested in trading your bands demo for ours? It is a thought I have had for a while now. Since just about everyone who is a member of this board is probably in a band, it would be cool if we could trade and spread the word about our bands in different parts of the world. It is just an idea, maybe a stupid one, but let me know.

Thats tragic man, but not quite as tragic as Necrofucker. That band started from nothing, and within months had actually played Madison Square Garden. No big deal you might think, but I'm talkin about one of the hardest thrash bands that ever lived. A few months later they vanished.


Now that is heartbreak, my friend.

Wasnt Dave Lombardo in that band for a little while?

i'm in a variant metal band called SYNiK and we do anything we damn well want from emo rock to black to death metal, to hardcore, to metalcore, anything. we see it as you can be heavy any day so we just decided to play wat we wanted and not try to be 'hard cunt posers' (note: its still metal..just not one genre)

the site is having a make over and all our demo songs are with old line-up and sound sicker than a camel fucked dog..if one of these threads is still floating around in 1-2 months i'll post the updates.

u know i havent actually heard anything from Necrofucker..there thrash metal you say? how many albums have they got...

i got a grindcore band called 'Malice in Wonderland'.. we're known down here because we actually play metal, not nu-metal or punk garbage.. and the fact that we actually have REAL solos just amazes people.... so yeah, me and my other guitarist jeremy are legendary at school for being bad ass guitarists (though i beg to differ)... we got kind of a Cannibal Corpse/Slayer sound...

only 1 album, not even a studio recording. It was titled live at Madison Square Garden....good luck finding it.

i've given up on other people to play with, i for some reason
don't like most in my area that i know of.
i have about 5-6 songs in my head and on midi, but if i get around
to recording them, i'll do all the instruments myself...only because
the songs i've written people are too stupid to play,....
either that or i just havn't had the time to find the right ones..........

I'm in an all-sorts metal band. Our inspirations range a fair bit from Nirvana (eeeek...) to Dimmu Borgir and everything in between...we have a (new, not that good at the mo but check it out anyway...) website at www.somekindofanimal.cjb.net

I play guitar, we have two gutiarists, I guess you'd call me the rhythm, though we switch a fair bit. We have no demo's yet, though we are trying to get it together in the not too distant future though preliminary exams and HSC are making it difficult
