Hatework's already been mentioned (gotta love those extended growls), Threshold of the Usurper (by Usurper, unsurprisingly) has got to be in the running, and Demilich's Embalmed Beauty Sleep is a laugh as well. Though that's probably more due to the production than anything else.

I think the heaviest shit i've heard would be stuff by Cock and Ball Torture.. the whole bong water vocals I think give it a pretty brutal edge.. kinda creepy.. That or Absu.. maybe Nile.. alot of their stuff is pretty brutal
