Apparently only 40 of the first divinities were chinese, they wanted to test the quality of their product first, the rest are assembled in the US but still using cheaper asian parts, but thats why theyre cheap to begin with.

not sure where you heard that? but even in that case... they're chinese, but a couple americans bolted the pcbs to the chasis...

I was just reading a post made by the madison amp tech at HCAF, theres a link to it on the second page. But ya its basically chinese parts, they just whip the amp together in the US.
