SELLING a BC Rich NJ Ironbird + upgrades...
I'm selling a used BC Rich Ironbird. It has an alder body, maple neck(taken from a NJ Warlock, not the original NJ Ironbird headstock), Dimarzio Tonezone in the bridge(F-spaced and sounds killer), and a licensed Floyd Rose tremolo. The guitar and all the hardware is black. The body has 1 unnoticable ding, scuffs, and chips on the edges but they're not very noticeable(I colored them in with a black marker). The neck is straight and it plays great, the strap buttons have been replaced for better balance.
It also has Dunlop strap buttons, the ones with the locking thing. I'll include the strap button locks with it too. Other stuff to go with it> a Jackson gigbag(it fits), allen wrench, and some spare locking nuts and a black whammy bar. I'm also throwing in a Smokey cigarette-pack guitar amplifier, like new with 2 9V batteries. Pretty cool for low volume practice.
I've recently cleaned the fretboard and polished the body so I'll take some pics and post them later tonight. PM me with offers.

Yeah here they are:
The guitar: http://img521.imageshack.us/img521/1339/floor3jp.jpg
Headstock, you can see a small ding in the fretboard. The rest of the fretboard is very, very clean and shiny, I recently cleaned it with lemon oil. All the fretboard pics I took came out blurry as fuck: http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/6316/head.jpg
Body closeup: http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/9761/bodycloseup.jpg
Drillhole where the old strap button used to be: http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/4655/drillhole.jpg
Back(you can see a chip next to the straplock): http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/2874/back.jpg
A chip on one of the edges: http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/4167/bigchip.jpg
Gigbag I'm throwing in(it fits): http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/6042/gigbag.jpg
Dunlop strap locks: http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/7937/straplocks.jpg
Extras(whammy bar, spare locking nuts, allen key, and a smokey cigarrete box practice amp(+2 9v batteries): http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/131/extraz.jpg
That white thing is a homemade tremolo cavity cover, made it out of a tupperwear sorta thing, though sloppy it fits perfect.
Another body pic: http://img503.imageshack.us/img503/6867/body2jq.jpg
Aside from the chips, the guitar is very shiny and doesn't look very beat up. The dimarzio Tonezone in the bridge totally slays the thin crappy sound it had with the stock humbucker, it sounds very full and balanced.
The guitar is unbelievably light, the lightest I've ever played I think. Quite comfortable, even sitting down.
Thanks for the interest! You folks better hurry up or it'll end up on ebay.
Whatever offer you have in mind, if you're in the lower 48 states in the US shipping would be like 30$, so please keep that in mind when making offers(include the shipping price). For Canadians it should be like 40 or $50? I'll ship anywhere but folks in Europe will probably have to pay a LOT in shipping and maybe customs, so I don't know.

No, only the bridge pickup is a tonezone, the neck pup is the stock BCR BSDM pickup. I never used the neck pickup, but it still works.
100$ AUS? Isn't that like 70$? I think you'd be paying more, but I'm not sure. The weight of the whole box should be like 25 lb.? 12kg. The dimensions... I don't know, measure any hardshell guitar case, I'm shipping it in a guitar case's box.
The dent on the edge looks bigger than it actually is in that pic, I honestly had trouble trying to focus in a good pic. If the black marker thing annoys you you can just grab a cloth and some rubbing alcohol.

Lovely machine.
The Ironbird is my favourite BCR model.
And it's also favourite amongst many of death metal's great shredders.
Erik Rutan, Chuck Schuldiner (R.I.P.!).
I believe Azagthoth also uses one for leads? He switches to one in the video for Enshrined By Grace for the solo.
But do you get them lefty?

Schuldiner never used it I think. Azagthoth uses one regularily. I don't think they're made lefty less it's a custom.

I've got a photo of im with one in a magasine.
I could just get the Ran Thunder inverted. It would be cheaper that way and probably better quality (for the money!) since they solely function as a custom shop with standard models. And have some spec's altered!

Sure, but you'll be paying 1200$+ plus shipping and customs.

The Smokey? Yeah it's pretty cool, but I don't need it, I figured out a way to play my SS through my computer's speakers and the volume is way more controllable that way, so I don't need it.

chcuk used a BC rich Stealth. It's a curvy body shape, similar to the Ironbird but no hard lines, it could also be compared to the Jackson warrior I suppose.
Chuck with Stealths
I'd go for your Ironbird, but the shipping would kill me man, I live in the UK.
