Start a string of Mindfuck what if's.
What if you were in a coma for years and reality is different from what you think is reality. Like if you were in a coma since you were 2 and youre mind had to exist in a world based on your own concepts and ideals.
Or what if you have always been in a coma and concepts such as self and existence are radically different from "reality"
