It would be a great song name, if it was the song name.

Device, not Police. Check again.

I thought that track got mislabelled as 'Brain Removal Police' on some promo or whatever copies. I remember reading that or something like that somewhere.

It's a damn good album if you take the time to listen to it properly like the first time through i thought "yeah this is ok" but listen to it more and i got really into it and started learning the shit.

The whole album is pretty much being tabbed or has been already.

Yeah i agree with that. The production is damn great you can hear the bass alot more clear than previous albums aswell which is always a good thing.

I was really surprised to see the lack of artwork on KILL, it was a crushing blow to my fragile little mind.

I finally listened to the whole thing. It kicks ass. And yeah, they ripped us on the 'artwork'.

I imagine they'd used just about every cunt-slashing, ball-crushing, skull-grinding, breast-ripping, brain-devouring, leg-hacking, eyeball-splitting cover under the sun. The artwork was beginning to look alike. I think the simplicity of "Kill" is kind of cool. It's like, "Alright, boys, no more subliminal messages with all the blood and guts, let's just tell 'em what we mean".

Id argue though, that Vincent Locke's art work is a trademark of CC, like the drums. Theyve gone with him for every album it seems, it just seems a little weird they wouldnt do for this one. I understand the supposed artistic theory behind it, but come on, its CC, theyve got at least 10 (or something like that) albums out, all with his artwork, you expect it. Its part of a CC album.

This said though, isnt there meant to be;
http://vincelocke.com/Kill--RGB.jpg
on the actual cover or something? that in itself isnt too good, i preferred the other CC scenes, not just one zombie fuck.

thus ends art critique session

It's a good album, though it seems way too safe. A brutal death metal album even grandma won't be afraid of.
