I thought that video looked pretty insane too. Then it was admitted that the video was actually originally in really slow motion, but sped up so that it looked like the ps3 could actually handle it. Never trust pre-rendered videos. It is completely different than gameplay. That is what is kind of keeping me away from the ps3 right now, I don't see why they aren't releasing more gameplay videos. It's like they have to hide it from us and trick us into thinking the pre-rendered videos are actually gameplay.

PSP is worth the extra money. the DS is just so childish and lame. what would you rather play, mario kart online with randomly selected people, or Socom online with a head set and stuff. The PSP is obviously superior.

Since the new GTA is going to be on the PS3. I'll be getting a PS3. Not to mention I fucking hate microsoft and any shit they release there for I will never own an xbox.

And fuck any GTA wanna be game.

Eh, the PSP just seems like a PS1.5 with a screen, and practically every game you can get on it is/will be available for one of the home consoles. Since I don't actually play that much on the move, a portable console has to offer some kind of incentive for me to purchase it, which the DS does. The PSP also offers completely useless capabilities, more precisely movie and music playing. I just want a cheap and fun handheld, not a portable living room!

I'll admit, the GTA series is great, but nothing deal breaking console wise. [cheesy] Games come and go, but a console lasts for up to five years! [/cheesy]

well screw sony im gonna get the 360 when it comes out in AUS the games look so freakin awsome and some of them are just so realistic its unbelieveble

and also i got a gameboy advance so stick that in your joint and smoke it

I just played Perfect Dark Zero multiplayer in a shop. It was somewhat enjoyale, but the factors which made it only somewhat enjoyable are:

1. Really really unresponsive controls. I set the sensitivity to the max and the controls were still extremely slow.

2. Shitty control system. No jumping, the crouching is slow, and the cover moves are completely useless.

The graphics were alright-ish, but nothing like the hype leads one to believe. To me it was only 0.5 times better than what something like HALO 2 produces, but I guess game graphics will improve as the console matures.

Resident Evil 4 is an amazing game it is way better than the rest of the series.

I own the game and i'm surprised to hear somebody say that about the graphics. The player models looks too cartoony for my likings (they were going for more of an artistic look) but I find the environments to be incredible. Even the gun models look extremely polished and nice.

Has anybody tried condemned for the 360? I beat it a few days ago, it wasn't long, but it was a great game. You could tell it was a bit rushed out as some of the things don't seem as polished as they could be, but when I was on the last level I could have sworn it was real life. I've never seen better fire effects, and the scenery outside was dead on. The game's atmosphere scares the shit out of me. I've never played a scarier game.

Just got F-Zero GX for the Gamecube, so far it's really quite good. Good games are so hard to find for the Gamecube, there's so little selectin in shops nowadays.

Yeah classic games are unbeatable though like sonic etc.

sonic 1 on the megadrive was the game that got me into playing videogames. i love all the megadrive sonic games. they were so fun...
