haha. but im more of a symphonic/atmospheric black metal fan. Immortal are decent, but i only have At the heart of winter, so i guess im used to them as being 2 members. I think this is the only album i will own of theirs too. I need more than what they play, its kind of melodic, but it doesnt really strike me as melodic. that, and the lack of keyboards kind of turns me away. though i do listen to black metal, i fucking hate "raw" or "tr00" black metal, just boring. |

I like some power metal, Like Kamelot and Rhapsody, but alot of it is just way to cheesy for my tastes, but Ensiferum I dont exactly consider all out Power metal, they just rock in general

"ENSIFERUM To Release 'Dragonheads' In February
Finnish folk-influenced melodic death metal band ENSIFERUM, now featuring in its ranks NORTHER frontman Petri Lindroos, have set "Dragonheads" as the title of their new EP, due in February 2006 via Spinefarm Records. The mini-CD is being recorded at Sonic Pump studios in Helsinki and will contain one new track, new studio recordings of several old demo songs, and a couple of traditional Finnish folk covers. The group's next full-length release is scheduled to be recorded in the summer of 2006. A European tour is tentatively slated to kick off in March 2006."
