I played on a bc rich bass once, it made me feel like I was playing a red lego guitar, haha it had this plastic red color, absolutely fucking marvellous

lol yeah they all have that thick bold colour, looks like pure plastic, what was it, one of them pointy bc rich basses, or them smooth virgin ones..

damn that thing is ugly, it looks kinda violin like. but it's pretty damn ugly, it does look expensive because of all that carving done to the body (probably a hand job or something)
somehow it does not look like a bass hehe..

last week I played on a buzzard II, a full grafite bass, it was really sturdy but expensive as hell (not to mention ugly)

Isn't that the John Entwistle-Bass? Looks quite weird. It's from Status, isn't it?
I played on a Status with graphite neck, but i was disappointed. There was nothing special about it, in fact it had a quite bad tone.

I did like the feel of the bass, real sturdy but light in weight, the tone was a bit neutral, but I think that's because of the graphite stuff...

I wouldn't buy such a bass, it lacks warmth and depth, and its fucking expensive

I played yesterday on the Yamaha John Myung bass.
It's awesome. It has a quite small string-spacing, but it was comfortable to play on it.
Normally i dislike these stringspacings. Perhaps it was ok, becasue i was quite drunk.

I've played on that yamaha myself, but 6 strings aren't my thing, I'll stick to 5, the string spacing is to small for me (got big hands) and that bass is fucking heavy man.

I felt anything at that time.
I hate small string-spacings, too. But anyhow it was ok. The guy, who had thE bass told me, that it's a very small stringspacing even for six-strings.
