Just got back from the show, it kicked ass. They even played shit from still life, my arms your hearse, and orchid, along with stuff from deliverance, BWP, and damnation. I took some pics and vid footage, ill upload some pics and maybe compress some videos and link it if any care.
EDIT-Pelican blew live, they were waaayyy tooo loud, sound like a bunch of messy shit. You know your too loud when you have to wear ear plugs, while playing, for your own band.

and 1 or 2 others, all i know is that it was good, they played a lot of stuff and it was good. They changed their setlist for us, everyone wanted to hear somthing from Still Life, so we spent like 10 mins trying to "noise vote" for what song we wanted to hear. The venue workers were getting all pissed cause they wanted mikael to shut the fuck up and play so they could go home, they played like 45 mins past they were supposed to end.

Shit they played Bleak? I wouldnt have thought they'd ever play that, w/ all the overdubs in the guitar parts, but I guess it's doable live. I missed this concert, so I won't have a chance of seeing Opeth for like another billion years.  |
