Obviously Lord Worm's inhaled screeches are awesome, and Martin Lacroix (sp?) does a pretty awesome scream at the end of Defenestration on None So Live. I love Jeff Walker's absurd intro Taz impression on Ruptured In Purulence, and although it's a bit weak on the record, Corpsegrinder does the intro to Perverse Suffering infinitely better live.
As for worst, i'll go with the godawful wail on Hollowman by Entombed, and Chris Barnes' screams on The Pickaxe Murders.

Worms inhales are amazing.. and Martin's hi pitched screams are very good.. i love that scream.. but then i listen to Worm's scream on the actual song.. you get where I'm going with this..
