Idea for a new forum
I've been hanging around many other forums and I've realized what this one lacks that would make it so much better; a trade forum. Other websites have whole forums dedicated to people uploading demos/bootlegs to yousendit, megaupload and rapidshare. Any input?

That is a pretty good idea, it would sort out some of the already album trading thread. like maybe do something like have a part in your member profile where it lists all of your albums "owned"

www.metal-archives.com has something like that. Instead of having to search through the cd collection thread and such. this might be a god idea.

No, seriously, I would bitch cause I'm anti-pirating. We've had more than one FTP, and that always got blown. If you wanna know what we own, why not just look at the album trading thread or an old ftp thread where most of us have put in all we hav.

i think this would be a bad idea. A trading thread might be usefull, but a whole forum? That will not only atract spammers, but might actualy get this forum shut down if this atracts to much attention. I have seen it happen numerous times.

It'd be a good idea if you were actually going to trade the actual album, not just send people songs over AIM. Like: Hey, I trade you my copy of "this album" for your copy of "that album" and we pay for each other's shipping charges.
