How is this cab? It says it is better than some 4x12's, how does it compare to like a 1960? Cuz I'm lookin for some on ebay for around the same price.

damn, thats in my range for a cabinet and thats an awsome one. if i cant get this guy down the road to sell me his ill get one. thinking about gettting a gibson goldtone. its 600 bucks for the head and some massive tone, but i could do with more gain. still lookin for a real cheap peavey ultra...an older one, the "plus" even though it has more stuff just doesnt apeal to me as much

Music123.com is only listing the Non Factory Sealed version of this cab for 509.99 now. So they either ran out of the normal factory sealed ones for 339.99 or they pulled the deal. Either way I really hope my order goes through.

u can get it cheaper by saying u saw it lower at musicansfriend or somwhere like that.i do it all the time and it usually drops the price about $10-20. i didnt tell u this ok?

Not quite ...

I am now done learning about OHMS and whatnot, and my head runs 350 watts at 2 ohms, 220 watts at 4 ... and my 2x12 runs at either 8/16 ohms. After doing
extensive volume testing, I've decided that I just have to have two cabs that run at 4 ohms apiece ( so that my rig runs at 2 ohms ), and the Genz Benz has to go, however fine a 2x12 it may be. And here's the kicker :

The person who had it before me was a recording studio owner, and he installed Eminence Delta Pro 400 watt speakers in it, for a wattage handling total of 800.

Whoever wants my Genz Benz 2x12 in fairly good cosmetic condition ( perfect working condition, though ), for 3-400$ ish flat ( including shipping ), PM me or respond to this. I want to give everyone at metaltabs a swing at this before I take it to E-bay.

Music 123/Woodwind Brasswind is getting on my nerves. They took a week to ship a set of strings, and apparently they're doing the same with another set and some strap buttons I ordered... And they don't even reply to the customer service messages, the incompetent fucks.

I ordered this cab on the 12 and it still hasnt even shipped. Tomorrow will make the tenth "buisness" day. If it doesnt ship tomorrow im going to be extremely pissed off.

Prepare to be pissed off, it took nearly thirty days for my seven string to arrive. Right now Music123 is moving all of their stock from four warehouses to one.

I know, they finished the conversion to a single warehouse last monday. I was told that they would be caught up on all orders by this monday.

I've always thought they've had great service but it was pretty stupid to have a big blowout / liquidation sale while they where changing warehouses. It's just going to turn off any new customers they've made for that moving sale.
