I'd say I agree with that,more or less.
I don't consider them the worst death metal band
but they sure are very overrated.Every time I listen to
them I somehow think of Malmsteen.
Also Vader are boring, as are Acheron.

Two different people mentioned Acheron and Hypocrisy, respectively. I agree 100%- those bands are both fucking shit. In Flames is pretty fucking boring, but I'll admit I haven't heard much of them. Nobody is going to agree with me, but I fucking hate Autopsy.
I know I didn't name a lot of bands my first time in this thread, but god, as soon as I saw the name "Acheron", it was like a wave of shitty death metal hit me in the face. I just remembered 20% of every bad DM band I've ever heard.

hahaha, not really man, about Soulfly, people just forgot that they even exist, considering they suck so much, Sepultura turned to shit since the day Max left the band. so, Krisiun, Nephast, Torture Squad, Andralls... are the really cool bands down here i say. |
