Safe Headbaning?
Hello my brothers of the low end. Yesterday I attended a local show and those Metal mothers kicked @$$. Anyways, after the last band, I sat and chilled with my friends outside, and when I sat down, it was like I was powerless to my head dropping forward. It was one of the weirdest things that happened to me. Now here I am today asking you guys some good ways to keep from pulling something again. I'm a runner, so I'm guessing that after a couple of weeks of constantly practicing and icing that headbanging won't be so bad on my neck, Some advice pleez? Thanks much guys,

Be a man, take the pain. Who really cares? Not that I'm insensitive or anything. Just take the good in with the bad. Try to be a little easier on your neck but if it snaps you won't have much to worry about being dead and all. If you get whiplash though, that would SUCK.

the 'safe way' i think kerrys talking about is that he warms up his neck muscles before show. with any other kind of training and shit you should warm up first.
