more practice amp questions..
Almost ready to buy the Roland 30w Cube as a practice amp, but I've been distracted by some other choices in the price range:
Marshall MG30DFX - 30W 10"
Marshall, known for tubes.. are their solid states worth it?
Fender FM65R - 65W 12"
Fender FM212R - 100w (two 50w 12" speakers)
Been happy with my little Fender 15w, but it's just not loud and deep enough. Does anyone own either of these two?
Behringer GMX212 - 120w (two 60w 12" speakers)
I notice Behringer gets a lot of good reviews despite their price.. but they use Jensen speakers, which, if that's the same Jensen that makes a lot of low-end car audio, I don't think I am interested. But does anybody own a Behringer?
Of all these amps, the Cube is the cheapest, but if everyone thinks it will sound the best, then I will probably stick with it. Also, in comparing these amps, I don't really care about the on-board effects.. they just happen to be there. I have some pedals to mess with.

berhinger is pricey. But makes damn good stuff. I once played berhinger cabs. They sound pretty good to me.

behringer is pricey? huh? I don't know if you looked at the prices right but they're dirt cheap!
and I really don't like their amps and/or cabs. their PA shit is allright for the money but I wouldn't ever buy one of their amps

behringer = cheap all the way, I think that was one of Uji Behringers(president of the company) thought when starting out the company, that he should make good stuff for a cheap price, I'm not going to express myself about how good I think they are  But I must admit that I think you get slightly more than what you pay for |

the only stuff that i've seen of theirs that wasnt dirt cheap is the high end mixer's and PA shit, and even then, cheaper than other shit by crown, qsc, ect.. and the quality is less.
i have a behringer PA mixer, it does the job... and it was cheap.
