The australian aborigionies do that while using the digereedoo. They have almost constant sound going, i remember a guy showing me how to use one and he said it takes a lot of practice, but to an extent you can keep a flow going out your mouth while inhaling in bursts

I thought this scream was all inhaled? I can get the sound, but 26 seconds? Ha!

As for circular breathing, loads of people do it, sax players etc.

Actually I dont think the aborigines breath in and out at the same time 'cause I'm pretty sure that is literally physically impossible. I heard they use a technique where they breath in through the nose and 'put' air in the mouth.
The example of this, if I remember, is doing it with water and a straw. Breath in through the nose and 'put' air into your mouth and push the air out with your tongue. If you keep practicing it you can pretty much end up doing it for ages.

Kinda the same as french inhaling a cigarette, you get the smoke in your mouth, push it out and inhale it in your nose. Looks grim as fuck
