Yeah its called a ride cymbal. Check out Sabian B8 cymbals. Cheap as hell and they work alright.

buy second hand off of craigslist.com. believe me, there are a hundred drummers selling off thier high end gear when they decide to stop to every one who needs it at a bargain rate. there are people who make a living<altho not exactly the high-life>off of sleeper deals and resale of craigs list, ebay equipment. most used music stores browse online................just cut out the middle man

No Sabian B8 cymbal will go over the price of $120. They are usually in the $60 range. The hi-hats are usually higher than the other cymbals.
