It's probably like when cars started reaching their way into the lower classes.. It's a huge "holyshit this is so fucking convenient" moment. And anyone who has one of those moments never wants to look back and remember how miserable they didn't know they were.

A front loading washing machine was my latest purchase. No more infantry marching in the cellar. It's supposed to be a lot more efficient than the top loaders and since we have an electric hot water tank we got a $50 rebate. I've only done one load, but it seems a lot better. Hopefully, it will help with water and electric bills since I'll be able to dry stuff faster now. Plus I still have clotheslines in the cellar as well as outside. The repairman that said my old machine was shot, or should be, recommended this brand, Frigidaire. Some of you will be setting up housekeeping or already are so I'm just passing along the knowledge.

Those look great!
I probably won't be upgrading to the $200+ range for a very long time, but I would like to try some headphones in that range to atleast see if I can notice a difference.

I must say, a 6-pack of Corona and Skyrim for a whole night was a great experience.

The instrument actually has quite a lot of impressive detail, but there aren't any really decent photos around online, sadly.. I did, and it put me on the ramen diet.. If a bought another one, it'd probably kill me, and land anyone associated with me in a debtors prison.

The boots look heavy, but the skirt is really cool. They'll look good together.
