Theya re still doing the Among The Living lineup in Chicago and in europe. And their is TWO slots on the main stage.. one for Maiden.. the other msot likely Anthrax.

Yeah, don't know why a band like Shadows Fall is main stage and In Flames is second... How much do these Ozzfest tickets go for? And how does this whole thing work out, like what time do you guys usually go there and do you get to see all the bands or what? I've never been to Ozzfest.

Shadows Fall sells more than In Flames.. thats why. Plus they have already played the Second Stage.

In Chicago the lawn seats are $30, 2nd palvilion $60, and first palvilion like $80ish

You wake up at 6.. drive to the venue, get their at 8ish.. realize your early so you goto 7/11 and get big slurpee's and 2 hotdogs for a $.. and dont forget to piss. Then start moshing and dont stop until 11:30 PM... try and not fall asleep on the way home, stop at IHOP... eat, try not to fall asleep (COFFEE!!) then get home and sleep for 3 days.

And thats Ozzfest.

well, the second mystery band has been announced..... Mudvayne. fucking Mudvayne. Anthrax is 20 times the band Mudvayne is, no matter what line up they have.

I'm being forced to go to the borefest 2005. It was decent last year with slayer, judas priest, and black sabbath in a row. This year has a god awful line up though, ewww. Does this mean nu-metal is popular again? Well I'll probably enjoy Iron Maiden, and Black Sabbath is always cool live.

Yes, I'm dying to go, before I would've said no, but who can pass up In Flamers, BLT, Maiden, and Black Sandwich all playing together.

Screw Mudvayne, I am not going. One of the reasons why I wanted to goto Ozzfest was to see Anthrax who I thought were going to be the secret band, but no, they whip out a horrible band. Another reason is that Maiden is NOT playing Powerslave, which pissed me off.

Maiden is only playing their first four albums, which is great, because I love older Maiden. Unfortunetly, Powerslave is their 5th album. Go figure, dammit. I would much rather hear Powerslave over Piece Of Mind, but thats not going to happen.

I dunno, Powerslave is good, but I think Aces, 2 min., and Powerslave are the only real standouts on that album (but yeah, others are fucking good too). Dickinson is a good singer, but it doesn't sound that good with him singing D'annio's (or whatever) songs. I wish they could do the song "Fear of the Dark" though.
