im really gasing for a Cobra. Killswitch Engage and Unearth both get awesome tones with them boosted with a maxon od-808.

framus cant be that rare www.music123.com sells em new. sure they cost more than the car im goin to get but hey if you like that.i think that site ships worldwide. not sure though.

i tried out some of the amps you guys suggested. I tried the tech 21 TM 60,
its a good amp, but lacks in those heavy metal tones. It's a good amp for clean stuff, nice and sparkly. very versatile amp for all kinds of music except Metal, not enough distortion and not heavy enough.
Then i tried the randall RG100SC 212, i have never tried any randall amps before so i didn't know what to expect other then what some of you guys said here. This amp i must say, is pretty good for how much it cost. Can
hit some heavy stuff and sound good to. Overall i do like this amp.

Does that amp have them blue lights?
Because last time I saw Killswitch Engage, I remember some amp with blue lights on it.

i think unearth used engl's on stings of conscience... oncoming storm was pretty much framus cobras.
but i guess they did something stupid an switched to the peavey 6505's... i mean, the 6505's(5150s) are good amps, but they're not even in the same league as framus.

haha... the prices for framus stuff at music123 is retarded. rocksolid amps sells cobras and dragons for like 1,800-1,900... music123 wants 2,100-2,400.

Randall RH200s sound good, and are only 400$, I'm pretty partial to the Line6 Flextone II head too.

Well Im not sure if they are using 5150's live.. but I can almost guarentee that they did use them when recording. Since Adam D from KSE produced TOS im sure he double tracked a 5150 and a Framus both boosted with the Maxon, like he did with the KSE album.

Yeah butcher they are sick. Theyre loaded with celestions stock (not sure if theyre vin 30s or not) and they have loads of bass, and they are quite clear too.

The used one at my guitar center is pretty much mint condition and is selling for 350$ although im sure you could get them to lower that.
