dimbag and krank amps you will like this!!!
the late dimbag darell used randall amps from day one ,now for the news and this is fact the reason why he went to krank amps is he and his brother vinnie were part owners of the buisness krank amps, now just vinnie and dime widow are the part owners ,and this info cam from one of the employees at krank,if you owned part of a amp co ,wouldnt you use your own gear to?

From their product catalog:

Solid wood cabinets: big resonant low end, more volume, and more overall tone.
|
"More overall tone"? What's that supposed to mean? Did people begin to measure "tone" by quantity when I wasn't looking?

yeah, some people refer to tone like that. Like, "This amp has little tone", "This amp has a lot of tone". Basically, it means it has good tone.

i call bullshit.
i would trust my ex girlfriend before i'd trust a krank employee's word.
besides, dime talked in an interview about how he found out about krank amps and shit. nothing to do with being a partial owner of that peice of shit company.
and please don't pull up old threads like this. especially to spread bullshit.
krank sucks, period. and the only reason dime even used them as stage props was because they paid him too say he played krank.
fuck, if they'd pay me, i'd sport an empty krank chasis with my triamp hanging around behind the cab supplying the real sounds. i gotta eat and gas prices are getting higher..

Up on the Zakk wylde forum, the admin got himself a Krank Chadwick head, and everyone's like and everyone's liek "dude that's kick ass" and "kranks are the shit". Haha, I posted your comments on there to see what they'd make of them.

Still I wouldn't use it in a catalog which is supposed to be informative not cool sounding (that is, if I was a boo-teek amp manufacturer). I really pity these people, they seem to be going bankrupt.
I suggest everyone download that catalog from the Krank website, it's hilarious.

ummm.... when they first came out, they played jackson and bc rich guitars.
not to mention the mick thompson signature warlock....
as for krank, explain all the adds and shit in magazines and on the web i've seen with them posing with krank amps...
if they're currently not endorsed by bc rich or krank, then it's recent news. but that post was a long time ago anyways.
don't be an asshat and state faulse shit.

I'm really disgusted by Krank's advertising campaign exploiting Dimebag's legacy and reputation. They're still printing the ads where Dime is holding a bag of marijuana, and the one where he is standing in front of 20 or so Krank cabinets ... If they had a shred of decency they would at least state their remorse for Dime's death in the advertisements, but apparently the folks at Krank are above such acts of kindness ...

You can get cabinets with 'less tone' i.e flat response- for instance some of the Line6 cabs designed to be used with their amp/cab modellers.... however, methinks they include 'more' to attract the nu-metallers so they think they can strum an open drop D and it'll be br00tal

And to think local guitar shops will carry Marshall MG's. But they won't sell Kranks.
In the world of amplifiers, Krank has become the pimpled middle schooler who has been shoved into lockers and had sweaty jock straps shot at.
