Whats better? Guitar Pro -OR- Powertab!
What do you prefer etc.
and Why do you prefer it? 
I prefer Guitar Pro because its got drums, alot of bass in most of the songs unlike powertab! |

Powertab. Altough GP has more functionalities, PT is better at what is does. Its easier to tab, more tabs are available, and above all, its free!

Guitar Pro...am fucked until they release a Mac version as i binned my pc  cause they are crap (plus im doing a graphic design degree) 
They say they are working on one but do not have a release date  |

Guitar Pro. It has drums and keyboards. I don't know if Powertab has keyboards or not. You can open powertab files in notepad to see the tab, but you can't do the same with guitar pro.

I like guitar pro better, I just can't see the fuckig red thing in powertabs that is over the thing being played. Well I can if I look reaaaaally reaaaally closely. I'm so damn colorblind.

i like GP cause you can tab your songs on the there and save it and play it back when you like. also has a metronome and tuner on it. alot of the tabs are fucked up i noticed. so you gotta sort out through the good tab versions and such. for free its a sweet program i like it
