Looking for advice..

So I am getting more into learning the science behind growling/screaming.. The main draw back I keep running into is the airflow issues.. Diafraghm and such. I feel as if I am pushing from there but I still get an uneasy feeling in my throat after a while. It's not really horse or scratchy but it's.. A little painful lol if that makes sense. I posted this cover.. I'm rough but still starting out. Any advice as far as getting a better sound, and how to ensure I'm NOT using my throat.. Would be so very helpful. Thanks in advance..
