I think Darko or Powers or both should get the modship of a Theory Forum. They are both regular members and both seem best equiped for the task. AnubisXY knows his stuff but probably doesn't visit regularly enough to be made mod.

About the sheet music and feeling what's next, I think the thing is that when you've got sheet music, you don't need to memorize it all, and then you don't.
I've been playing the saxophone for some 7 years now, and I can only remember how to play a few things of everything I've played through the years. But if you gave me sheet music for it, I'd be able to play it right away, mostly.
I've also been playing guitar for what is it? 4.5 years I think, and while I can't just play anything straight "out of my head", if I got to hear a song I had played earlier, I'd probably remember how to play it.
The thing is, you don't memorize when you don't need to. When you've got sheet music, and you're able to read it faster than you're going to play it, you don't need to fill up your memory with that. However, since it isn't really "accepted" among "bands" (as in rock/metal/pop/whatever-bands, where you'd play guitar) to have tabs on stage, you have to memorize, and then you do.

Oh, and I voted Yes. And I'd say Mansley and/or Powers would be good mods, if they're up to it.
