I started screaming when I was like 10 and now I can scream like anyone. It doesnt hurt to scream. Clear Voice soothes your vocal cords and makes your scream raspier. It also helps you actally sing. I never said I like Ill Nino, they suck ass.

Does milk really ruin your voice? Shouldn't there be some label on it or something to warn people? Is it permanent? I have cereal with milk nearly every day, is that why I have a lot of mucus in my throat all the time? If I stop using dairy, will the extra mucus go away?
