At the moment i really love one riff in Cannibal Corpse's - They deserve to die.
It's starts at 1:48 till 2:10. That riff is really a wall of sound!!!

Fly to the rainbow by the Scorpions has a beautiful riff. I'm too lazy to find out the exact time of it but you will hear it.
