Are there any programs like Powertab except for drums?

yep there is one basic program for that... It's like simple TXT but you can let the program play what you wrote...

I don't know the name.. search via google I found it that way.

and if you want a drummachine on computer search for another thread => sequbeat

I just found the percussion part for GuitarPro4, and I can't get sound from this program. I press play and the line moves but there's no sound.

the sounds works with other instruments?

if that doesnt work try looking to download the program finale. this program has tons of instruments and busloads of percussion and drums. if you want to write music this program kicks major ass. although it might seem complicated at first but just play around with it
