Tool and APC arent great bands to be discussed in a metal forum but what i have heard of them i haven't liked. I dont know many of those types of bands would be classified as "emo" and i think ill murder anyone who is a emo kid or anyone who takes life that seriously...

They aren't emo, tardblog. I addressed the issue of not being metal in the first page. I know a shitload of metal heads that like both Tool and APC.

I saw them last year in Montreal (APC). It was indeed a great show EXCEPT the fact that they played only 50 minutes. Musically it was perfect, but i was really dissapointed by the short perfomance, especially when you pay 40$ to see them.

Yeah, but with their new album out, they were simply amazing. They played over an hour and a half. I think about 1 hour 45 minutes, actually. Could've been 2 hours, now that I think about it. Fuck if I know, I was listening to the music, not watching my watch.

I've been into them since about 96 when my dad brought home Undertow. It was someone from work's CD. I found it in Circut City in 97-98 and got it.
Ænima is the best though. Then again, I won't even start this, because we all have opinions.
