In his jackson he had a USA J-50 BC with a JE-1000 Active Boost but now he has a emg-hz H4 where as Roope uses a Seymour Duncan invader

Roope never actually uses his esp, not that I've seen anyways. His jacksons have the j50bc's in them. And alexi got a je1000 installed in his esp.

Wow.. What the hell were they thinking when they designed those guitars?!
As far as ordering the Japanese sig models goes, it gets really really expensive fast because they're already around like $2000 I think and then you have to deal with the shipping and taxes.

I think Alexi has installed some kind of gainboosters into his ESPs. And yes, his Jacksons had Jackson pickups with active electronics.

I know as a fact, seen with my own eyes, that Alexi has a custom ESP with a EMG-81... in a pic and on the guitar shop wall with 10 don't touch-signs... might be that he has more signature models? cuz there is a ESP RV-350 AL (AL=Alexi Laiho) AND a ESP Alexi Laiho. There's a difference of about 200 €. They're identical except the emg81-version is cheaper. Might be that the emg81-version is old, and replaced with a HZ. It seems that you can't get the active-version anywhere anymore?
well, I couldn't care less what the guy has... but believe it or not.
btw, he doesn't have gainboosters.

It isn't dude, look at the logo, it's too big. Check out all the live pics of Alexi on the internet. He hasn't been playing ESPs that long either, so there hasn't been much time to switch around a bunch of different versions.
