Lately I've incorporated Demanufacture, Self Bias Resistor and Replica into my practise regime. I can play Nile and Cryptopsy til the cows come home, but after playing Demanufacture and Self Bias Resistor in quick succession my arm is nearly falling off! I might re-learn H-K (Hunter-Killer) and Pisschrist, too. All these songs are great to play, but they also give you a very good picking-arm workout.
