Well yea. But still. Replace all the "hoofs" with "hands" and so on and you have what basically amounts to a pretty decent Silent Hill story. The nightmarish (hahaHA) world whose evil is made manifest by the protagonist's own mind, the dread of isolation, the symbolic meaning of the monsters... well, yea. It's a tad peculiar. Shit like this shouldn't come anywhere near the appellation "decent". It. Just. Shouldn't.
