okay it is when you use your fingers to press the stick down for a hit, rather than your wrists
it is good for getting high speeds, the problem is that it is a LOT quieter than using your wrists, so you need a lot of practice to get what you are doing LOUD enough to be heard over the rest of your playing.

yeah I am kinda using my fingers more, but I still use 75% wrist so all my strokes are loud, but I am starting to use my fingers a bit.

I dont really know what to do because, it is first ore fun to play with your wrist (in my opinion) and second it is harder to learn to play that way... ive not so much time...^^

erm I actually find it is REALLY good for doing Slayer Style Beats, you can let your right hand go into it and it keeps good time!
