I'm back from the Camden show and... Ozzy has bronchitis! He couldn't even show up. They had Rob Halford sing in his place, it wasn't too bad, Black Sabbath played very well, despite playing a slower tempo version of Into The Void . I wish Ozzy had been there though :/...

I feel your pain man. After Ozzfest a couple weeks back I looked like the Kool-Aid guy.

OZZY OSBOURNE 'Feeling Much Better', Will Sing At Pittsburgh OZZFEST
Ozzy Osbourne is "feeling much better" following his brief bout with bronchitis and will be rejoining his BLACK SABBATH bandmates for the remaining Ozzfest 2004 shows, including tomorrow night's (Aug. 28) gig at the Post Gazette Pavilion in Pittsburgh, PA, a spokesperson for the festival has confirmed to BLABBERMOUTH.NET. "Ozzy thanks [JUDAS PRIEST singer] Rob Halford greatly for stepping in and helping out [at the Camden, NJ concert on Thursday]," the representative said in a statement.
New Ozzfest photos - SJR, Dimmu Borgir; Zakk Wylde with Kerry King and Dimebag
Some new pictures of SUPERJOINT RITUAL and DIMMU BORGIR have been added to the official Ozzfest site, Ozzfest.com. You can check them and pictures of all the other bands out by clicking here.
In related news, new pictures of Zakk Wylde hanging out with Kerry King (SLAYER) and Dimebag Darrell (DAMAGEPLAN) August 8th in Houston, TX are up on Zakk's official site, ZakkWylde.com.

I don't know just how angry I should be at Ozzy. Bronchitis doesn't attack you and go away in 3 days, my sister has had it for a week already. I think Ozzy was just too wasted to play at Camden. However, getting to see Rob Halford sing in his place was pretty neat, because I got to witness something that most people didn't get to see.

I went this year (2004) it was pretty cool, the fiddler's green in denver was a great place to have it, lamb of god was sick as hell, the mosh was emo flailer free and I saw one guy do it and get his ass kicked like no other, he was all bloody! Slayer had everyone throwing thier plastic beer bottles, thousands in the air at any given second, raining blood was cool as hell live, I was so tired by the end I don't know how I drove us home.
