I saw Incantation live, they were alright, better than those shitty metalcore bands that opened up, but they're nothing special. Just really boring.
I don't like The Chasm. Cock n' Ball Torture suck. Most of what Avulsed(mostly old shit) and Cannibal Corpse have put out sucks. Sepultura sucks nowadays. Hate Eternal has few songs that don't suck. I don't like old Nile or what I've listened to, but I love the more recent shit. Everything Deicide did after Legion sucked, except for 2 songs on the new CD.
I don't see what's wrong with Obituary, it's pure and raw death metal... I like most of their material.
Unleashed suck, or at least what I've heard from them does...
Cradle of Filth, like many black metal bands in the early 90's started out as a death metal band. Their first demo is DM, the rest is synth-shit BM, then they took homosexuality a step further with their mallgoth crap.
Immortal started out as a band called Amputation, which really really sucked. Immortal kick ass though.
Krisiun are cool but their stuff sounds all the same, they need more variety. I hope they change a little bit for the new album.
Morbid Angel's Heretic was 80% boring, but now that they have Vincent again I'm hopeful of what the next stuff will sound like. Gateways was kind of boring but not as bad as Heretic, and I never liked Domination cuz it was too slow. Everything else they've done rules though.
Oh yeah, and Six Feet Under suck ass. Christ Denied are a side-project from Avulsed. Really bad stuff but it's funny as hell.
