Don't even think of B.C. rich unless it's a old one or a custom shop.

I can personally attest for this.
I own an NJ Warlock that I wish I had never purchased. Terrible electronics, sub-quality bridge, and woods that may as well be particle board. I only paid 300$, and it was still too much.
But today I have purchased a Schecter C-1 Classic over e-bay for 550$

I hope you get it. I would snag it in a second if I could. As long as everything is strait build wise (no warped neck) the guitar will be awsome!

well the floyd can be fixed, and needs a few parts on the nut lock, pick-ups are messed up bad, feels ok neck wize, but needs to have some treatment done to the neck (it feels real dirty, maybe a sanding job would do it).

Steel wool works great but only if the pups are off or you are going to replace them. 000 steel wool will get the gunk out of the wood grain and polish the frets. It is long work but it works wonders. The dust from the wool will fuck electronics unless they are taped up good.

If you get a B.C. Rich - Make sure like stated above that it's of an older model somewhere at or above Platinum and you'll be satisfied.

I'm assuming you're inquiring of the Schecter : Seymour Duncans. A '59 in the neck and a JB in the bridge, with coil-tapping capabilities.
