Typically, the most desirable rectos are the 2 channel Dual Rectifiers or the Dual Rectifiers Trem-O-Verb. Triple Rectos don't quite have the same sound.
That being said, personally I would DEFINITELY go for an ENGL over a Recto. However, I would rather get a Savage than an Invader.
Remember that for any typical application, watts are irrelevant. Go for what YOU think sounds best. Listen to clips. Browse forums and reviews. |
