Apparently the "BMEPain Olympics" is some strange contest.. not sure as I haven't really found any reliable information on it. A lot of speculation about if this shit is real or not and whether this is all real (as it looks pretty fucking real) willful genital mutilation is a very real thing and the chance of people into it becoming underground heros seems like decent evidence.
